# Insert Cell Style / Style Cells

**Workview-only.** Applies a named style - defined at the model level, see [Styles](/card-guides/styles) - to the data cells associated with the working list. Every element in the working list gets the same fixed style, unlike [Apply Style Using Formula](/set-instructions/apply-style-using-formula), which computes the style per element.

::: tip Shown per style, not as one generic instruction
The available instructions panel doesn't offer a single "Insert Cell Style" you then configure - it lists one entry per style defined in the model, each labelled `Style Cells: <style name>` (e.g. `Style Cells: total-row`). Pick the entry for the style you want.

#### Example

```

Applies a `total-row` style (e.g. bold, top border) consistently to the `Net Profit` cells, defined once in Manage Model and referenced by name wherever it's needed rather than reapplying the same styling manually in every Workview.
