Wipes the elements of a hierarchy.

```

#### Parameters

* `Dimension` - The dimension in which the selected hierarchy exists.
* `Hierarchy` - The identifier of the hierarchy to be wiped.

#### Example

hierarchy.wipe("Account", "Default");
```
