Creates a blueprint for a hierarchy which can then be applied to any dimension.

```js
blueprint.add(name, elementName) 
```

#### Parameters

* `name` - An identifier used as the blueprint name.
* `elementName` - An identifier used as an element under said blueprint.

#### Example

```js
blueprint.add("Default");
```
