Creates an alias within a dimension.

alias.create(dimension, aliasName); 
```

#### Parameters

* `dimension` - The dimension in which to create an alias.
* `aliasName` -  The identifier of the alias created.

#### Example

```js
alias.create("Account", "No - Name");
```
