# Authentication

The **Authentication** group is used to Connect and Disconnect from MODLR.

Clicking on **Connect** will open up the [Login](/powerpoint-addin/authentication.html#connect) window.

## Connect

Provides the ability to login to MODLR and access multiple instances.

## Disconnect

Use Disconnect to logout of MODLR.
