# AliasGet

Retrieve alias values for specific aliases and elements.

```js
AliasGet(applicationName, dimension, aliasName, elementName) 
```

#### Parameters

* `applicationName` - The name of the application to work in.
* `dimension` - The dimension within which to return the specified alias.
* `aliasName` -  The identifier of the alias to be returned.
* `elementName` -  The identifier of the element for which we will return its alias.

#### Example

```js
AliasGet("Performance Management", "Account", "No - Name", "4000")
```

This would return the "No - Name" alias for account code "4000" which may be something like "4000 - Trading Income".
